| Assay Information |
The peptide is used for blocking the binding of Sox 1 antibody (catalog no. 20R-1736). In optimal conditions, it blocks the binding completely in Western blot analysis by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 minutes at 37 deg C. |
